What supportive care means

Supportive care is not random or open-ended care. It is a planned program designed around your spinal health, lifestyle demands, recovery capacity, and how stable your progress is over time.

Quick note:
Our clinic is designed around clear care plans and measurable progress, rather than one-off visits. If that’s not what you’re looking for, we’re happy to help point you in the right direction.

How we decide frequency

We recommend supportive care intervals based on your current spinal health, posture, activity levels, work demands, recovery capacity, and goals.

Spinal health

Current posture, spinal findings, and degeneration stage.

Lifestyle load

Sedentary, repetitive, or physical demands.

Recovery capacity

Sleep, stress, hydration, diet consistency, and HRV trends.

Activity levels

How active you are and how well you tolerate load.

Progress measures

Ongoing objective checks to ensure your plan remains appropriate.

Supportive care options

Your interval is recommended based on your findings and how stable your progress is.

Weekly

Best for higher load, poorer recovery, or more fragile progress.

Fortnightly

A common rhythm for people wanting to stay stable and prevent setbacks.

3-Weekly

A balanced interval for people who are improving but still need regular oversight.

4-Weekly

Monthly check-ins to maintain progress and reinforce healthy movement habits.

6-Weekly

For people with good stability who benefit from occasional monitoring and course correction.

HRV across all programs

As part of every care program, we track Heart Rate Variability (HRV) as a supportive marker of recovery and stress load. HRV is not a diagnosis, and we do not rely on a single reading. We look at trends over time alongside your symptoms, function, and other progress measures.

If recovery markers are trending down, we may recommend closer spacing temporarily. As stability and recovery improve, visits are spaced out.

Our Simple Process

We’ve designed our process to be straightforward, transparent, and focused on real, measurable results. You’ll always know what’s happening, why it matters, and how each step moves you closer to your goals.

Step 1 — Book your appointment

Booking is simple. Schedule online or call our Busselton team — no referral needed. We’ll guide you to the right starting point and ensure everything is organised before you arrive, so your first visit is smooth and straightforward.

Step 2 — Consultation & examination

Your first visit is about understanding your history, symptoms, and goals. We complete a thorough consultation and chiropractic examination, with functional X-rays taken only if clinically indicated. Your Report of Findings follows, where we explain what we’ve found and outline your options clearly.

Step 3 — Start care with a clear plan

Using your findings and goals, we’ll recommend a program designed around you. Care is delivered precisely, with practical posture and rehab guidance to support results between visits. Routine re-exams allow us to refine your care plan so that it remains focused and results-driven.
