Step 1 — Book your appointment
Booking is simple. Schedule online or call our Busselton team — no referral needed. We’ll guide you to the right starting point and ensure everything is organised before you arrive, so your first visit is smooth and straightforward.
Step 2 — Consultation & examination
Your initial visit is about understanding what you would like help with. We then complete a chiropractic examination and X-ray(if clinically indicated). You will also recieve your first adjustment.
Step 3 — Start care with a clear plan
At your report we will explain: 1) What we have found. 2) If chiropractic care will be able to help. 3) How long it may take. 4) What it will cost.
What You’ll Learn at Visit 2
At Visit 2, we will talk you through what we have found, what may be causing your problem, how chiropractic care may be able to help, and what we recommend as the next step. If you choose to begin care, you will receive your first adjustment at this visit.
What’s Causing the Problem
We explain what we believe is contributing to your symptoms, including any underlying posture, movement, or spinal issues we have identified.
How Chiropractic Can Help
We outline the care we recommend, including the likely time frame, visit frequency, and what we are aiming to achieve.
Your Responsibilities
We explain what your role in care will be, including keeping appointments, following recommendations, and doing your part where needed.
Costs and Payment Options
We clearly explain the cost of care and any payment options available, so you can make an informed decision with confidence.

1. Will I be adjusted on the first visit?
Yes. Visit 1 is a thorough assessment which includes an Adjustment. Your recommendations are delivered at Visit 2 (Report of Findings), so you can make an informed decision about care.
2. Do you take X-rays?
Yes—if clinically indicated. X-rays are available in-house and are bulk billed.
3. What happens at the Report of Findings?
We explain what we found, outline the best next steps, and provide a clear plan including frequency, timeframe, responsibilities, and costs.
4. How long are the appointments?
Visit 1: ~30 minutes. Visit 2: ~15 minutes.
5. Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly either online or via phone.
6. What should I bring?
Any relevant scans/reports, a list of medications, and any key questions you want answered.
7. What if I am nervous about adjustments?
We’ll discuss options and tailor the approach to your comfort level.
8. What if I don’t want a long plan?
We’ll still give you clarity and options, then you choose what feels right.
