Research clearly shows that poor alignment and poor motion of the spinal joints lead to degenerative changes in the spine and nervous system, and if left uncorrected will have a higher probability of worsening over time.
******Please note******* there are always exceptions to the rule and we do not want you to be motivated by fear of your condition worsening. We just want you to be informed so that you can make the right decision for you.
Will I be accepted as a Patient?
If we find Subluxation in your spine then YES, we can accept you as a patient in our Practice.
Will I have an Adjustment?
If Subluxation is present in your spine then we will begin your corrective adjustments at this appointment.
What happens next?
For the majority of people who seek help at our office you will begin an adjusting schedule of 2-3 times per week until your initial complaint has gone. If you have not seen any improvements in 2 weeks or you are getting worse we may refer you back to your general practitioner or for further tests.
When can I stop coming?
That will depend of what your health goals are. If your only goal is to get out of pain then you stop coming when the pain is gone. This is usually around 2-3 weeks depending on the severity of the problem.
If your goal is to correct the subluxations that we have found on x-ray then the next thing you will need to do to book in for our New Patient Workshop so we can teach what it is going to take you to fix your problem.
