Our clinic uses an open-plan adjusting area. Detailed discussions about symptoms, new concerns or sensitive health matters should be discussed during a longer or private consultation. Brief progress updates may be submitted through the clinic app before your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Payment Policy

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in changes to future booking arrangements.

Payment is due at the time of service unless another payment arrangement has been agreed. Prepaid care and automatic payment arrangements are subject to the terms explained at the time of purchase.

If you return after an extended break in care, a re-examination or longer consultation may be required.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Clinical Consent / Open-Plan Care Consent

Your chiropractor will assess you and explain whether chiropractic care may be appropriate or whether referral to another healthcare practitioner is recommended.

You may ask questions, decline care or withdraw consent at any time.

Please tell your chiropractor about any significant change in your health, symptoms, injury, medication, surgery or pregnancy.
